How do I book and register?
There may be some last-minute places available at the Club, which are bookable on arrival, but to avoid disappointment, we strongly advise booking in advance, with your holiday.
We’ll send you a registration pack and various forms to complete and return before your departure. Please note that these are part of your holiday booking conditions.
We’ll need you to provide details of any medical conditions, allergies and dietary requirements for you child, along with sleep patterns and any other important information, which will be sent to our staff overseas in preparation for your visit. This helps us assess your child’s particular needs.
Turtles Club members will receive a complimentary backpack so they can bring their favourite toys.
Do you accommodate children with special needs?
We’ll need to discuss your child’s specific requirements before you book, so just get in touch on 020 8392 5858. We are more than happy to accommodate them if we can.
How are the Simpson nannies selected?
Our childcare team undergoes a rigorous selection process for all the official UK checks. We only recruit English-speaking nannies who are NNEB qualified or have the equivalent UK qualification. They must also demonstrate that they are dedicated to the welfare and happiness of your child.
We ensure a high ratio of nannies to children, according to official UK guidelines, to ensure we provide the best levels of childcare at all times. This means that there are limited places available, so we advise you to book as early as possible.
Find out more about our dedicated childcare experts in our blog post The Nanny Code.
What are the facilities like?
We maintain high standards of toys and equipment, updating them every year. Educational and fun, they’ve been chosen to allow us to cater for all ages.
The Hatchling's Crèche has its own room at the Clubhouse with plenty of sensory toys, books and features to keep small children occupied and stimulated. There is also a separate nursery room where little ones can sleep.
The Clubhouse has all the latest games, toys and equipment and activities are arranged according to the various age groups present. There is a large, enclosed outdoor space, shaded from the sun, with a play area and outdoor toys.
What sort of activities are on offer?
Activities take place in the Clubhouse or the lovely gardens around Periyali and Mousses. Favourites include face painting, arts and crafts, music and movement, theme days with fancy dress, mask making, nature trails and scavenger hunts.
Are meals provided?
Parents of children attending full-day sessions will need to provide them with a packed lunch, ensuring that any special dietary requirements are catered for. Lunch boxes are provided in the villas. You’ll need to provide your own pre-mixed baby formula in a bottle or send in the pre-measured dry formula with a pre-filled bottle of water to be mixed later. We can store them in the Clubhouse fridge.
Please let us know if your child has any food allergies when you register.
Snacks, including fruit and biscuits are provided throughout the day, along with fresh drinking water.
What happens if my child falls ill or I need to cancel?
If your child falls ill, they won’t be able to attend the crèche or children’s club due to the risk of infecting others. A doctor’s letter may be required. Regretfully, we are unable to offer refunds for missed sessions due to illness or any other reason.
