Villa Minos is stylish and impeccably finished, consistent with the high standards required by owner Jimmy Aaladag, who is responsible for several of Kalkan’s most desirable properties. The villa boasts a 12-metre-long swimming pool with a built-in Jacuzzi, and a terrace with plenty of room to lie in the sun or dine in the shade. We love the clever new pergola, with electric shutters that can be lowered to ensure privacy without obstructing your sea view. Interiors are equally spacious and appealing, flooded with sunlight through vast expanses of glass. And if the sun gets too much, you can always escape to the games room and challenge the kids to a game of ping pong, pool or table football.
As evening falls, it’s time for drinks on the terrace as the lights in the town begin to twinkle temptingly below. It’s an easy stroll into town for a taste of the Mediterranean fusion dishes that make eating out here such a treat, or if you prefer something even closer at hand, the Korsan Suites and Kalkan Regency Hotel restaurants are perennially popular with Simpson Travel guests.

All guests staying in Kalkan are treated to a complimentary Turkish bath (hamam) treatment in the Kalkan Regency hotel's renowned spa and a day trip on the hotel’s traditional gület boat, Poseidon, with lunch and a welcome glass of bubbles included (additional drinks will need to be paid for on board). Villa Minos was superb - location in Kalkan was perfect - easy walking distance to supermarket & restaurants. Pool & outdoor area were outstanding - to be able to swim from sunrise to sunset with the view over the bay - no one could tire of this. A wonderful holiday with older children who could head into town. Games room was a hit too. Thank you so much - we chose Minos on the recommendation of the Simpsons Advisor.
We recently stayed at Villa Minos Kalkan which is a new villa. Very spacious and of a very high standard with plenty of bedroom, living and outdoor space. We loved the fabulous views over the bay. The pool was a great size and long enough to swim laps. The villa is a 5 minute walk from the supermarket and 15 minute walk into town so everyone could be independent. So we didn't need a car and used an airport transfers and cabs for a few longer trips. The games room was great fun and we loved the Hamam and Gulet day trip which were all included. Kitty the concierge and Jimmy the owner were friendly and very helpful. Plenty to do in Kalkan with plenty of choice for bars and restaurants. Overall a great stay and highly recommended. Great service from the Simpson Team.
Villa Minos was stunning - Kitty the Simpson local rep and Jimmy the owner were friendly professional and efficient - 3 of us used the Hamman we were offered and enjoyed it and we all went on the Regency boat The Poseidon which was a lovely day out - I would recommend both Simpson Travel and Villa Minos

Jimmy & his team have been nothing but accomodating, helping with organising a private chef one evening (highly recommended) to addressing any minor issues we have encountered.
