Probably the best positioned villa in Kalkan. Service was excellent and the boat trip was great. Didn’t use the car all week so a transfer would’ve worked fine. Some much great food and places to eat.
We had a wonderful week in the villa. It is well placed, close to restaurants and shops. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the pool is a delight. The only downside is it's a 10-minute mainly uphill walk to get back from Kalkan, but the taxis are cheap! We've used Simpson for many years and found the service and villas exceptional.
We are going to truly miss this beautiful villa! The sacred olive tree in the pool and the pine and olives growing through the veranda add such a rustic yet magical feel to the place. Bora has been excellent at arranging breakfasts at the villa and a barbecue night too. The meze on arrival was delicious. Special thanks must go to the fabulous Kitty, who has been a constant source of sensible, practical advice and the best restaurant recommendations. She has been kind, charming and joyous!
Had a lovely stay in Kalkan – the villa is fantastic! Highlights were the boat trip on the Poseidon, a trip to Patara beach and Saklikent Gorge. Will miss sitting on the terrace, watching the boats sail in and out of the harbour and the swimming pool. Thank you for a lovely stay!
A comfortable and well equipped Villa in a great location with outstanding sea views. Ideal for family’s with a great pool and lots of outside areas with sun beds and shaded areas. Kitty was always available to ensure we had an enjoyable and trouble free holiday.
Such a beautiful villa, extremely private but within easy walking distance of the town centre. We stayed with family, one couple with a young baby and the separate annex at the back worked extremely well for them and the double room slightly below the main villa allowed us all a level of privacy.

This is the fourth time we have visited Korsan Tas Bahce and once again it has not disappointed and we have had a very relaxing week. A huge thank you to Uluc, the MD of Korsan. Last year I asked if he would put a rail and steps into the swimming pool. We arrived to find that this has been done and what a difference it made to getting in and out of the pool. Thank you. We have eaten so well in Kalkan and stuffed ourselves being true ‘foodies’. Thank you as always, Korsan, for making our stay such fun.

Villa was wonderful lovely location with not being overlooked and space on either side of it too so you don’t feel hemmed in like many of them. Hilary and Kitty went all out to locate our bag left behind. Can’t speak highly enough of them , just amazing thank you so much. That is why we only travel with Simpsons.
A lovely villa that ticked our boxes perfectly. Three spacious bedrooms each with their own facilities and relaxing outdoor spaces combined with the beautiful pool area and shared socializing and sunbathing space. Perfect location for walking into town and accessing the marina area too. We all loved it.
We have stayed at Tas Bahce four times now. We love the villa, it is in a great location, private but within easy walking distance of the old town. The outdoor space and pool are beautiful with lots of sunny spots but nice shaded areas too. Internally it is very clean with a well equipped kitchen, lovely shower rooms and comfortable beds with good quality bed linen.
This was our third villa holiday with Simpson Travel and they seem to get better each time. We were met at the airport and taken a short walk to our almost new hire car, a quick signature and we were on our way. The villa was in a fantastic location overlooking the bay of Kalkan and the swimming pool (constantly used due to the fabulous weather) was amazing – the best we have ever had in many years of villa holidays. The outdoor seating areas were vast and very well equipped with good quality furniture. The villa itself is extremely well presented with everything you could possibly need and all to a high standard – we have never been so satisfied with such a full complement of supplies. The town/harbour was just a 15 minute walk down a well-lit walkway and was a great place to be at night with all the boats lit up and overlooked by a huge selection of high quality restaurants. The shopping area, set up overlooking the harbour, has an excellent range of interesting and varied products to a much higher standard than many holiday resorts. Whist we were not able to meet her due to the Covid-19 situation, our resort contact, Kitty, was always available to rapidly respond to any queries and kept us regularly updated on any relevant developments. Looking forward to our next Simpson holiday.
Simpson Travel were fantastic. Unfortunately we were caught up in the Thomas Cook collapse, and our flights through Simpson Travel were with them, but they were extremely quick in offering us support in getting alternative flights, which we did and we were lucky enough to still be able to go away! Kitty, our Simpson Travel representative in Kalkan, was wonderful. She was extremely helpful and quick to respond to our needs. The villa was fabulous and had everything we could want. We have never used Simpson Travel before, but we certainly will be using them from now on. A 5-star service!
This is our second trip to Taş Bahçe (we were here last year). Everything has been just as good as last year and we have had another week of wonderful weather, laughter and great eating and drinking. We thoroughly enjoyed the boat trip on Poseidon – very well organised and good food. Absolutely stunning view of the bay from the villa. This holiday suits us so well – a week of real R&R and we have booked to return again next year. Thank you to all involved for making the week so comfortable.
Another beautiful week in Kalkan at Taş Bahçe. This will be my last visit (of 3) to the villa it’s now too big for a solo traveller but I have high hopes of Tepe Ev where I’m visiting next October. As usually the Simpson magic is all around – Kitty has been wonderful, especially ‘rescuing’ me after I mislaid my car! But it’s the peace and quiet and wonderful views of this villa that I needed most and that’s been here for me in abundance this week.
Well done Simpson – a first class operation by all of you. A lovely, lovely villa in a superb location, simply nothing to find fault with! The boat trip was a great day out. We will return.
This is our first visit to Kalkan in over 8 years – it’s definitely grown since we were last here! Taş Bahçe is a beautiful oasis away from it all and we’ve had a glorious week doing very little. The villa is beautifully maintained and has everything you could wish for. We’ve had lovely meals in Olive Garden, Coast, Trading House, Kosli and Belgin’s Kitchen. All in all a fantastic week. The hamam is also really worth doing.
Our second stay at Taş Bahçe and we would certainly return again. It enjoys a beautiful, private location with stunning views but is within easy walking distance of the town with its restaurants and shops. The villa was spotlessly clean on arrival and well maintained throughout our stay.

We sadly pack our bags (loaded with the obligatory genuine fakes, ceramics and a beautiful carpet) to leave Taş Bahçe. Definitely third time lucky for us with Simpson – villa head and shoulders above the previous two – beautiful view, great access to town, all mod cons and impeccably maintained. The Korsan Taş Bahçe is in such a wonderful location, we hardly left the villa as the views were so relaxing. Breakfast, lunch, a G&T before going out for dinner – Taş Bahçe is perfect for gazing out over uninterrupted views. The villa has a charm which is unique with rustic stone walls and very traditional furnishing – Claire has such good taste and always makes the villa feel like home. A short walk to the many restaurants is just right. A really enjoyable two weeks, we did not want to leave. Simpson Travel made it perfect, thank you.
Simpson Travel made the whole booking process painless. Their experience is really highlighted in covering details such as airport hotels, car parking and car hire. Each transaction was totally painless.The two villas we stayed in Zaffre and Korsan Taş Bahçe were both beautiful, as was the resort. I have no doubt that we will be using Simpson services again.
Our two weeks at The Korsan Taş Bahçe is the best family holiday we have ever had. A wonderful villa, very well equipped with a great pool in a good location. The hills mean you need to use the very cheap taxis. This was backed up by the excellent local Simpson Travel representatives, Olivia and Hilary, and the Korsan cleaning crew. We will come back.
The Korsan Taş Bahçe is an oasis of peace and tranquillity during the day, but so close to amenities and three most fabulous restaurants – not one of which was anything other than excellent. If you are a foodie, Kalkan is the perfect place to holiday.
We had an amazing experience at The Korsan Kuzey. We would really like to express our appreciation to the Korsan team who looked after us so well. Receiving the welcome pack, herbs, spices, daily bread delivery and plates of fresh fruit and cake really are so appreciated and such a lovely touch. Also the ability to barbeque and takeaway delivery, despite the out-of-town location, was great. We had a really a fabulous holiday. Also thanks to Kirsti, the Simpson Travel representative, for the amazing birthday cake for my son that she arranged for us – very much appreciated.

As a solo traveller, I really appreciate the reassuring presence of Simpson staff, knowing they will go out of their way to make my stay yet another one to remember.
We spent a fantastic week in this beautiful, extremely comfortable villa. The villa had superb views and the outdoor area and pool area were perfect. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented, we couldn't fault it in any way. A lot of extra care had obviously been taken in the design and fitting of the villa and pool area and it was very much appreciated. We would love to return.

What a fantastic place to relax and unwind! Have had a marvellous couple of weeks, relaxing by the pool, heading out to see the ruins at Andriake (a fascinating place with an amazing museum, entrance a mere 5 TL) and revisiting Patara (we have noticed a lot more work has been completed since we visited last). If you do go to Patara make sure to visit the beach! All in all a fabulous week – already planning a return! Thanks to Kirsti and the team for all their help – and if you are reading this I hope you have as fantastic as time as we did.

Another beautiful stay in delightful Kalkan – my fifth visit with Simpson Travel, faultless as usual (thanks Kirsti). Korsan Taş Bahçe is a lovely villa, perfect for one or two, and one never tires of that wonderful view across the bay. This time I didn't stray far from the fantastic pool and terrace as the week was all about relaxing and restoring lost sleep – Taş Bahçe certainly provided all that and more.
