Perfectly positioned between Pollensa golf course and the sea, this lovely villa makes an ideal base for a group of friends, a family or a multi-generation party. The original part of the building is over 100 years old, and at over 220m2, Villa Morell has not just the rustic charm of age, but also the generous living space that more traditional properties are blessed with, so there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their holiday time however they like.
The other wonderful benefit here is the very large, enclosed grounds that offer both privacy and play space if you’re travelling with little ones. It’s the sort of place that invites you to relax and spend long lazy days outside, flitting between the welcoming wide shady terraces and the pool, always with the option to retreat to the air-conditioned cool of the house when needed.
Inside, you’ll find a double bedroom on the ground floor, with the rest of the rooms and the lounge area on the first floor to take advantage of the views across open countryside to the distant mountains and the coast. There’s another large, furnished terrace at this level, and from here you can really get a sense of Villa Morell’s prime location at the centre of a magic triangle, with Puerto Pollensa, Alcúdia and the golf course at its three points. You can be at the beach for a swim, knocking out nine holes on the golf course or enjoying drinks and dinner in Alcudia, all within a 15-minute drive, yet there is nothing in the immediate vicinity to disturb your peace and quiet. For a family holiday that can accommodate a wide range of needs and interests, Villa Morell is hard to beat.
