We introduced our portfolio in Kalkan in 2006 and over the years we've witnessed the town's remarkable evolution. Amidst the changes, this one-time fishing village has consistently defied convention and led the way with high-end contemporary design, making skilful use of the breathtaking geographical setting.

A car is definitely not a necessity at Villa Alara but if you’re keen to explore some of the many local attractions it's highly recommended. For a truly stress-free start to the holiday, take a taxi transfer from the airport and find your hire car waiting at the villa, ready when you are to visit the ancient ruins and pristine beach at Patara or discover the unhurried pace of life in traditional Islamlar.

Villa Alara was a perfect holiday villa. Outstanding views, great location combined with spacious rooms and top quality modern amenities meant it ticked every box for our family. The pool and surrounding terrace area with its panoramic views of Kalkan was probably the villa's most defining feature. Car not necessary as scores of excellent restaurants and bars within walking distance.
Our first visit to Turkey and we absolutely loved it. Villa Alara didn't disappoint, we had a wonderful time staying here. Highlights for us were the BBQ night and the Hammam treatment at The Kalkan Regency Hotel, the boat trip on the Anil with the lovely father & daughter, Alice and Lucy... Kitty from Simpson Travel was fabulous and the villa owner couldn't be more helpful. Great memory made!
This is a beautiful villa for a large family or group of friends. Comfortable bedrooms and plenty of outside space. With the added benefit of games areas and the opportunity for private chef dining. We had a lovely time!
Fantastic villa, very spacious & luxurious. Great location close to Kalkan and supermarket just a short stroll. The outside covered seating area and games room and the large pool with a Jacuzzi corner was amazing. Probably the best villa we've ever stayed in - loved every minute and would go back in a heartbeat.
