NEW FOR 2025

Located just behind the coastal path that connects Stoupa with Agios Nikolaos, Kalamon is the middle of three handsome villas, each with its own private pool, garden and panoramic sea views. All the houses are beautifully finished, but what makes this one extra special is the private hot tub located on the first-floor terrace; sit back, relax and enjoy the nightly spectacle of a magnificent Mani sunset before wandering into Stoupa for dinner by the sea.

Kalamon is constructed in traditional Maniot style, from the beautiful stone walls right down to the raised roof corners which you will see all over the region. The interiors are built entirely for pleasure however, with Smart TVs for an evening in, balconies for each bedroom and mosquito nets on the windows so you can fall asleep to the sound of the sea.

The coast in front of the villas is rocky, which makes for stunningly clear blue water; the agile can swim or snorkel from the shore around a 10-minute walk away, and there are rock pools galore for younger guests to explore. If you prefer sand, then it’s just a further five minutes or so to walk into Stoupa where you’ll find a crescent of golden sand backed by numerous small restaurants and bars. Heading in the opposite direction (1.8km) will take you into charming Agios Nikolaos and another tempting array of smart little restaurants around its tiny harbour.

With two stylish bedrooms and generous outdoor space, Kalamon is ideal for couples or a smaller family, and if you’re travelling with a larger party, it combines perfectly with Koroneiki and Kallas to sleep up to 12 in great comfort.

Considering a holiday in the Peloponnese? Welcome to a land of golden beaches, crimson sunsets and cerulean seas, where myth intertwines with history and the past is ever-present. This spectacular region lies at the southern tip of the Greek mainland, with three peninsulas reaching out towards Crete, each offering a slightly different Peloponnese holiday experience. The whole area is blissfully unspoilt and blessed with some of the longest and best beaches in Greece.

With its tempting combination of high-quality accommodation and unspoilt landscapes, a luxury holiday in the Peloponnese has very wide appeal, whether you choose family-friendly Stoupa for its soft sandy beaches, discreetly upmarket Agios Nikolaos for its excellent restaurants or the Costa Navarino for its renowned golf courses and glorious coastline, featuring one of the most photographed beaches in all of Greece. With prices generally lower than the island destinations and quality that we consider to be unrivalled in Greece, the Peloponnese is highly recommended for luxury holidays.
