Stylish, spacious and luxuriously romantic, we love absolutely everything about this gorgeous two-bedroom villa, located close to both Pollensa town and its vibrant modern port. The house is superbly finished using warm neutral shades and natural materials to create a magazine-worthy look that’s both timeless and bang up to date. The interior décor works in harmony with the chunky exposed stonework outside, complimented by mature trees that add to the hideaway feeling.

The focal point for your stay is likely to be your private pool. It’s a good size for a two-bedroom villa, with lots of sunbathing space and a fabulous pool-side chillout lounge where you can escape the heat of the day or start your evening with a glass of something chilled and sparkling. Once dusk falls, outdoor lights create a magical glow as the stars slowly appear in the darkening skies above. Rising behind the house are the rugged Tramuntana mountains, making this a blissfully private spot for a honeymoon or any special occasion. With two equally elegant en-suite doubles, it’s also a luxury choice for two couples looking for a stylish base from which to explore the many beaches and historic towns of the north-east of the island.

For dining out you’ll find masses of choice in either Pollensa town or Puerto Pollensa, both under five minutes away in the car. You’re also perfectly placed for the seaside, with Pollensa beach and the delightful coves of Cala San Vicente a mere six-minute drive. This proximity means that the house doesn’t offer the absolute tranquility of some of our other more isolated villas, and you may hear traffic on the Pollensa – Puerto Pollensa road. However, we feel that the quality of the accommodation more than compensates, and that a stay at Can Suau Petit is a wonderful experience in itself.

A beautiful villa, perfectly positioned for exploring and half-way between Pollença and Port de Pollença. A real gem that we'd love to revisit.

Villa was accurately described and our Rep, Saka, was superb. Very central location although the road leading off from the villa was difficult to turn in at times due to volume and speed of traffic. I suppose we are used to living in London where you can only drive at 20mph!! When you book with Simpson, you know the villas are going to be of a high standard.
